Weekday appointments are the most accommodating; weekends and evenings tend to fill well in advance. We encourage you to check with us for even a last minute request—we can often accommodate you.

Business hours:         M-F: 10am - 6pm,          Sat: 9am - 5pm,            Sun: 12pm - 5 pm

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a 50% charge. This is done because we block that time for you, having to turn down other appointments, and for compensating your service provider.

Please specifiy services desired and 2 or 3 alternate date and time desired. Please include your phone number in case we need to reach you.

 

· We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you have a few moments to unwind and have a glass of refreshment. The more relaxed you are, the more you’ll enjoy your stay. Starting your appointment on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete unhurried service.

· We call and confirm most appointments 24 hours in advance unless you have regular standing appointments.

· We recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the salon.

· In order for you to maximize the benefits of your services here, we encourage you to verbalize your preferences to your service provider, and if for some reason these are not met, we hope you will try a different provider until you are completely satisfied.

· Prices are subject to change.

· For your protection: We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal property, including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
